Maintain our Unified Development Ordinance due to changes in General Statutes and changes in local jurisdiction. Maintain addressing and road centerlines for NextGen 911 for Randolph County and the municipalities. Maintain GIS data for County Planning Department like zoning districts for County and the municipalities, Voluntary Ag Districts, public school information (ex. Location and population), etc. in GIS. Learning ArcGIS Pro and migrating existing ArcGIS Desktop map documents to Pro projects.

Responsible for assigning, verifying and researching addressing and road issues within the County and ensure that the data is as accurate as possible for E-911 purposes.Maintain aspects of the Tyler NewWorld ERP software including development of new applications, testing, documenting procedures, troubleshooting of issues and serve as the local subject matter expert. Maintain GIS data in an ESRI SDE environment. Manage departmental ListServ and "other duties as required."

Responsibilities include maintenance of Countywide zoning data in SDE environment. Create and maintain various GIS data layers as needed for various agencies including QA/QC of data and maintenance of metadata. Prepare and maintain site plans for public hearings. Perform data and statistical analysis for proposed developments (ex. student count at schools, water/sewer impacts and transportation impacts. Scanning of approved plans into the electronic document imaging system.Also responsible for maintaining data in NewWorld System Community Development software (ex. parcels, owners, etc.) and testing of new service packs/updates. Create, implement and document new permits/applications in the above software. Also review and research other ares of the software for implementation of features to better streamline operations. I created and maintain the Operations Manual for the Planning Department.
