Reporting to the CEO and COO of the company, I am responsible for providing contract, sourcing and back office support to the Operations Team. This includes negotiating contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors and vendors. Additionally, I on-board new employees and subcontractors and ensure their compliance with the client contracts that they are supporting. My position also requires that I develop new safety, ethics, T&E, and on-boarding policies for the company. I will also be managing compliance with these policies once they are finalized and approved by the CEO and COO.

Develop and implement sourcing startegies to save a minimum of $4.0M annually in the IT Infrastructure and Operations space; manage and develop six Senior Sourcing Specialists; lead complex competitive events; lead and/or participate in continuous process improvement events designed to streamline PG&E's Source to Pay cycle; manage the on-going relationship with various key partners in the supply base.

Developing software sourcing strategies (approx. $80M annual spend), managing the RFx cycle, and directing the work flow of four buyers.
