Managed training of hazmat 18 hazmat personnel to ensure that any mission was available for platoon was completed timely. Ensured that all federal DOT and U.S. Army required classes and certificates maintained and up to date during time period. Ensured that all DOT and army regulations were followed and maintained during the training time.

Coordinated deployment and return to several locations, of equipment and soldiers throughout a large area of operations. Instructed, trained, and managed a total 32 Soldiers to ensure entirety of platoon was cross trained and available to succeed in any mission tasking for the platoon despite the location, or man power assigned to to the mission. Successfully managed, and coordinated the distribution of fuel operations across several countries ensuring that every mission assigned with meet with success. Upon return to home station from deployment ensured that all tasks where capable of continuing despite the reassignment of six experienced noncommissioned officers to other units, which left the platoon severely under staffed.

Promoted to lead distribution section of Hotel Company, 230th BSB. Making me directly responsible for completion of any supply mission requiring transport of material to any location able to be reached by ground transport. This task places me responsible for 4 trucks and 8 personal assigned to the section and results in the direct distribution of any material.

Care and maintenance of assigned truck and equipment, completion of assigned mission to support units with requested supplies, or transport of supplies to various locations via ground transportation.
