I serve the heroes on the front lines of the Tower Health Community as their go-to person for their professional IT services and needs.- ServiceNow is the Service Management Ticketing System I use in order to put in tickets and make requests which are done through the Service Catalog.- Provide stellar customer service when speaking with users over the phone regarding their issues/requests.- Experience working within Active Directory.- Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, and other aspects such as accounts in order to get first level resolution or escalate the issue to SME or Level II team.- Experience using remote tools to see user's problem firsthand when it comes to troubleshooting certain items such as Windows Settings, Microsoft Products, and viewing specific error messages.

I was apart of a Dedicated Service Desk for Knoll Furniture. I provided outstanding customer service and IT assistance over the phone and through emails in order to aide Knoll associates with their basic IT needs and requests.

I packed food trays that came out of molding machine into plastic bags. I also had to watch out for damaged trays and pulled those off the line to be placed into a scrap bin. I either worked by myself or as part of a two person team depending on which machine I was assigned to.

I retrieved batteries, pallets, and other packing materials with material handling vehicles such as a stack truck and a walkie rider. I used the computer system to locate certain batteries and put orders together for other distribution centers and customer stores located around the world. I had also worked as a member of a team on an assembly line and filled certain positions along the line such as a Thrower, Dropper, Labeler, and I knew the basic knowledge of the hirater machine to operate it. I also wrapped pallets of finished orders using a Lantech Wrapping machine. I was trained to work in the Reboost Section where I hooked up batteries to be recharged because of low voltages.

I shadowed and assisted the two Digital Forensics Examiners (DFE) that make up the Computer Forensics team. I had been shown how they are given evidence from a current case and how it is processed depending on what the search warrant or consent form states to look for. They process evidence such as cellular phones, thumb drives, internal hard drives, external hard drives, and other storage media devices. I had gotten hands-on experience with handling evidence, taking pictures of it, and repackaging of it for storage. I had also seen how many of their software tools scan evidence and have interacted with the evidence; software such as Access Data Forensic Tool Kit (FTK), Cellebrite, Lantern, and Cloud Analyzer. They had shown me how to take screen shots of all results of scans and how they typed up their analysis notes to present to the officer or detective that brought in the evidence. The chain of custody for evidence was also described to me and I have seen all steps from beginning to end.

I was apart of the MEP-831A Tactical Quiet Generators program for the U.S. Army. I used Labview which is a computer testing software to run the generator units through almost twenty hours of testing according to the government's standard operating procedures. I also did basic troubleshooting and repairs of the units along with preventative maintenance such as oil changes.

I troubleshot and repaired electronic sub assemblies that were taken off various platforms of military aircraft using technical manuals and electronic measuring devices such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes. As an instructor, I was in charge of a class of up to thirty students which consisted of Marines, Sailors, and Foreign Nationals. Each session was on a four month rotation where I taught Basic Electronic Theory and Troubleshooting Techniques, Radio Frequency and Radar Principles, and Technical Manual usage. I used the lecture method, traced schematics on a Smart Board, and tested using written exams and computer simulated tests.
