Delivery of forecasts, annual budget and strategic plan. • External financial reporting, earnings releases and investor presentations• Global finance operations, controllership and finance systems strategy.• Treasury, including banking relationships, financing strategy, foreign exchange management and treasury policy.• Tax strategy, including planning, accounting and compliance.• Risk management and insurance strategy.

• Leadership of Group Finance, Group FP&A and Global Finance Operations, comprising team of ~175 FTEs. • External financial reporting for UK and US listings, including quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations. • Corporate FP&A, including internal reporting to Executive Committee, forecasts and financial target setting. Delivery of budget and strategic plan.• Financial guidance, analysis of consensus and related external messaging. • Global finance operations and controllership, through two regional accounting centres and subsidiary finance teams.• Corporate due diligence support to M&A. Lead finance and treasury diligence for M&A, in addition to valuation analysis and transaction structuring.
