Tim draws upon over 20 years experience as Leader and Manager in the IT Services sector with Kyndryl and IBM, prior to that he has over 15 years experience in the UK Public Sector. He is a decisive and experienced people manager able to deal with situations requiring Team Work, Coaching, Leadership all within the professional perils of matrix management. Tim's Breakthrough Thinking is a particular strength combined with the ability to translate the complex into the understandable. He has demonstrated great Drive to Achieve and Client Focus throughout his career.Tim's interest in Sustainability dates back to long before it was mainstream and he is old enough to have called himself an 'Environmentalist' when this description conjured images of tree hugging and demonstrating (done that!) and he now brings his personal passion and experience to the workplace for the benefit of Kyndryl and its customers. Prior to working in the Sustainability arena Tim led the Kyndryl Data Centre organisation consisting of over 500 fantastic professionals and an annual budget in excess of $500m. Tim has overseen the drive towards energy efficiency and renewable purchases across the portfolio for over 15 years - the Climate Crisis has made this mainstream and Tim is pleased to continue this work from within the Kyndryl Sustainability Team.
