Commanded a medium size Security Forces Squadron. Organized, equipped, and trained Security Forces personnel to conduct missions across the globe. Led full-time Security operations, weapons training, and anti-terrorism programs (full-time / AGR).

Served as Mobility Flight Commander and Operations Officer for the 440th Security Forces Squadron. Led full-time physical security, resource and force protection operations. Served on emergency orders, mobilization orders, and as a full-time reservist. Directed and managed unit deployments in support of world-wide contingency operations (full-time / ART / AGR).

Served as deployed Base Security Group Commander for a NATO force of over 700 multi-national personnel from 9 countries. Directed base security operations for Kandahar Airfield in Southern Afghanistan. Conducted Counterinsurgency operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Performed multiple deployments in support of US Central Command's Special Operations Component. Conducted force protection command and control in Qatar, delivered operational planning in Kuwait, and executed missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Served as A Traditional Reserve Mobility Flight Commander with the 440th Security Forces Squadron. Led a 44 person Base Defense Flight and Air Base Defense Headquarters element. Organized, trained and equipped all assigned personnel for war-time contingency operations.

Served as a Traditional Reserve Aerial Port Officer with the 34th Aerial Port Squadron. Managed Air Transportation Logistics Operations and served as the unit’s Mobility Officer. Performed command and control duties as an Air Transportation Operations Center (ATOC) Officer in Charge. Trained unit personnel on Air Base Defense and Readiness Operations. Commissioned into this position through the Deserving Airman Commissioning Program.

Provided leadership, direction, and vision for Loss Prevention Operations. Served as Division Head reporting directly to the Park President for one of Six Flags largest locations. Directed staff of supervisory personnel, investigators, internal auditors, undercover agents and shoppers. Developed and implemented loss prevention programs supporting the profitability of retail, games, food service, ticket sales, parking, and cash control operations.

Performed Loss Prevention Management and Supervisory functions for a major retail company. Promoted three times in six years; directed loss prevention, security, and safety programs at three key locations in the greater Milwaukee area. Culminated service to Boston Store as the Loss Prevention Manager for the flag ship store in downtown Milwaukee; provided loss prevention management for a large retail store, corporate headquarters, large parking structure, and IT operations center.
