Project Management • Managed global project to develop and implement a Reconciliation Utility for Worldwide Security Services businesses. This involved: standard policy/procedures, strategic recon platform, key performance metrics and an offshore recon ops hub in Bangalore, India. Project resulted in +$10m annual savings through decommission of redundant recon systems, migration of functions from high to low cost locations (improved offshore FTE utilization from 35% to 90%). Improved overall control due to large reduction in break clearance rate and # aged breaks. • Key participant on ETE Process Re-engineering Project Team for 2 businesses (Sec Lending, Private Equity Services). Performed process mapping of key functions, identified control gaps and efficiency opportunities, presented findings and re-engineering plan to Sr Ops Mgmt and assisted in implementation of new operations model. This resulted in significant efficiency savings (+$5m annually) and to improvements in key controls. • Led global project to migrate all IB futures trading to strategic Global Futures Processing platform and decommission redundant system. This resulted in +$2m annual savings. • Managed project to establish and maintain monthly Inter-entity Trade Reconciliation process involving 250k trades across all IB businesses globally.Investment Banking Operations • Managed Middle Office Operations teams responsible for: a. Trade Processing: input, credit limits, confirmations, settlement, pricing b. EOD Reconciliations: cash, trader P&L, FO/BO (position and P&L) c. Desks supported: FX, Fixed income, Derivatives, Securitized Products Finance/Internal Control Management • Led SOX 404 implementation for NY Derivatives business • Developed and implemented General Ledger Reconciliation Policy for all IB accounts globally • Performed internal control compliance reviews across FX, Fixed income, Derivatives, Securitized Products businesses
