My role here included the following responsibilities as part of a team:• Rollout and deployment of Office 365 across our corporate landscape including, but not limited to the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Teams, and implementation of SharePoint and OneDrive for business.• Delivery of a major upgrade to a key financial system at a cost of £100k+.• Implementation of a new support partner for 250+ global retail locations, including 1st line, escalation, and field engineering services. A contract worth a total £2.7m+ over 3 years.• Delivery of a £4.5m project to implement a new wide area network across 250+ sites in the UK and Europe.• Support and delivery of a hybrid office environment, during the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent changes to working practices. This included an office wide refresh of desk equipment, deployment of circa 500 keyboards, mice and Bluetooth headsets.• Management of a project to deliver the migration from an on-premises Microsoft Exchange system to Microsoft Exchange Online• Management of a project to encrypt 500+ laptops across the organisation.• Management and delivery of migrating offices onto the Superdry network in Düsseldorf, Munich, Brussels, Barcelona, New York, Istanbul and Aarhus, Denmark.• Support of a department of 6 technical engineers to deliver multiple infrastructure projects of ranging scale.

My role here included the following responsibilities as part of a team:• Support of a large corporate infrastructure.• Build, implementation, and support of servers running Microsoft Windows and Linux distributions.• 3rd line escalation for the 1st and 2nd line support teams and consequently to internal staff.• Implementation of specific technical goals defined in project specifications.• Support of the implementation and roll out of Unit 4 CODA (Financial management application)• Implementation and support of a systems monitoring application.• Numerous personal training courses including specific application training and personal development.• Support for Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and File & print servers.• Support of numerous third-party applications.

My role here included the following responsibilities as part of a team:• Team leader role in conjunction with management.• 3rd Line technical support/advice to internal staff.• Management of backend Infrastructure.• Project creation, management and implementation.• Architecture of internal servers• Implementation of numerous services including AD, Exchange and File & Print Services• Leadership including training and guidance and personal development.• Deployment and administration of Microsoft SCCM 2012.• Liaison with external suppliers and support organisations.

Part of a 24x7 shift team monitoring a UK wide network, two datacenters and carrying out administrations tasks.
