Coordination of transportation services for the elderly and disabled in the Commonwealth.Grant administration, & contract recommendation to coordinate funding non-emergency, medical transportation for seniors, and the disabled within metro-Louisville and five surrounding counties. The Regional Mobility Council is represented by County Executives, non-profits, for-proft and private individuals ranging from congressional liaisons, TARC, Federated Transport, Volunteers of America, as well as individual target populations in need- monthly meetings at the TARC Board Room, Broadway, Louisville, KY. This is a volunteer advisory position, and is part of the broader initiative to coordinate logistics, funding resources and the needs of citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
