The role involved identifying opportunities to reduce the amount of cash and stock losses nationally. It also involved delivery training to managers so they have the capability and knowledge to coach their contractors. Identifying areas of non-compliance including Fraud and taking action to reduce and eliminate were also a major part of the role.

The role involved managing 30 vending contractors and five District Managers. The keys areas of responsibility were safety, compliance, people development, performance management and achieving financial results.

Primarily, my role was to manage a team of managers and contractor drivers ensuring we delivered high quality spring water to customers in a safe and cost-effective delivery model. An exciting role which included a sales component working closely with the new business and sales teams.

My Role was to primarily identify fraudulent activity, taking action and implementing policies and procedures to reduce fraud. Training managers to ensure they are proactively leading their drivers and working closely with the National security teams.

This was my introduction to managing contracted drivers that were responsible for Filling and servicing Coca Cola Vending machines. The main responsibilities included safety of drivers, customer relations, ensuring machines and cleaned, filled and achieving financial results.
