Performing quality control checks on the catalyst materials, ensuring that the correct type and quantity are being used.15. Documenting and reporting the loading process, including the type and quantity of catalyst used.16. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety procedures during the loading process.17. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and handling of catalyst materials.

Developing a project plan and timeline, considering the specific requirements of the change out process, such as process shutdown and restart, safety considerations, and equipment removal and installation.2. Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, including plant operations, maintenance, procurement, and health and safety teams.3. Ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained prior to the start of the project.4. Overseeing the procurement of all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel.5. Developing and implementing a detailed safety plan to minimize risks and ensure the safety of all personnel involved in the project.6. Monitoring and controlling project budget and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.7. Managing the scheduling and execution of all activities, including pre- and post-change out activities, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.8. Conducting regular progress reviews and adjusting as necessary to ensure that the project stays on track.9. Ensuring that all necessary documentation and records are maintained, including project reports, as-built drawings, and test results.10. Overseeing the startup and commissioning of the new catalyst and conducting final inspections to ensure that all work has been completed to the required standard.11. Planning and preparation for the catalyst change-out, including scheduling, equipment procurement, and personnel management.12. Removing the spent catalyst from the reactor, ensuring proper disposal of the hazardous material.13. Installing the new catalyst bed, including any required modifications to the reactor.14. Documentation of the change-out process, including data on the catalyst type, quantity, and installation.15. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety procedures throughout the change-out process.
