As the production Lead, I need to be self-motivated and task-oriented, I am in charge of Building, Flashing, Testing, and QA of all hardware built by our company. I also oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving, as well as some basic IT management. Keeping our ticket system updated as well as the team task management system (MS Teams). I make licenses for our hardware, so it was allowed to connect to the Telecommunications network. Light soldering is used on a daily basis as well as frequent projects that make me think outside the box to help our R&D department get things to work correctly.

As a geek squad Advanced Repair Agent, I was customer facing as well as back-end sales, building, troubleshooting, cleaning, backing up, and optimizing customers computers. Multitasking and self-motivation was essential for this role as well.

As the building IT Technician, I worked closely with our network engineers to be their onsite eyes and ears. I traced out problems with network cables as well as terminals around the store. Installing New servers and terminals as well as quarterly cleanings was also part of this job. In addition to the building IT work, I also worked in the service department working on customer computers. This entailed customer facing as well as back-end sales, building, troubleshooting, cleaning, backing up, and optimizing customers computers. In this role it was critical that I worked on several computers and tasks at the same time, so multitasking was an essential skill to have.
