Started business to provide services to various companies for start-up, troubleshooting, site management and repair of equipment. Work in power plants, refineries and other areas where equipment such as Selective Catalytic Reduction and Field Gas filtration equipment have been installed. This requires a working knowledge of CAD drawings, various forms of PLC logic (i.e. ladder, function block), instrumentation and physical construction requirements and equipment. Have also worked with LISP (Laser Isokenetic particulate measurement), of gas lines, filters, separators and such. Writing instructions and procedures for others on start-up operations and maintenance. While on site, coordinating with site contractors and their crews. Managing site work and repairs being completed. Directing and instructing various trades over the installation of the customer's equipment.

Layout and coordinate project needs and requirements of the machine building process. Assess PLC needs and control functions required for the given jobs. Software used includes RS Logics 500 / 5000, Control Logics, Panel View Plus, CX Programmer and various other manufacturers of automated control systems. Traveled to various OEM manufacturers to repair machinery of other manufacturers.

Industrial Maintenance. Provide upkeep and maintenance for paper / film coating systems and vacuum metalizing of products. Troubleshoot and debug various Allen Bradley PLC 5 programs and an assortment of Siemens automated drive units. Fabricate projects as assigned, coordinate vendors and suppliers.

Travel to job sites for start-up, installation, or training. Set-up end process function testing procedures for our manufacturing facility. Supervised and coordinated manufacturing process and personnel. Install Selective Catalytic Reduction systems for different types of power plants, coal, Combustion turbine or gas/oil fired boilers. Also work with boiler system controls. Worked with Allen Bradley PLC's using RS Logics.

Maintenance. Machine maintenance, spare parts management, facility management, operator training, project planning and implementation, waste oil management, and all contractor agreements. Worked with Omron PLC controls and logic using CX Programmer and CPT programmer. Worked with various Fanuc CNC controls.

Supervised skilled maintenance over NOCOLOK oven line. Scheduled equipment downtime for shutdown periods. Worked with Allen Bradley PLC controls using RS Logics. Also worked with Texas Instruments PLC controls and other brands.

Recruiter in charge of small station. I had two recruiter reporting to me during this period. Performed interviewes, maintained station management records.
