About Tim Mcdermott

Tim McDermott has been involved in the Real-estate sector for the past 40 years His interest in property development led him to be actively involved in the subdivision of shopping centres, warehouse conversions and resort building in Australia & overseas. Tim has been involved in property and business deals up to $50 Million. Tim has worked with various volunteer organisations over the last 10 years. The disability sector was where he identified an unmet need for disability housing for young Australians. In order to fulfil that need, Tim started Secure Housing Australia with his business partner Mark Peters with the mission to provide ownership of high quality housing and related services for people with a disability who require support to live independently in the community.
