I lead a team focused on designing and implementing new in-person and virtual services for home dialysis patients and nephrologists with the overall goal of creating a best-in-class service for both groups. This may involve building clinical decision support and educational tools for clinicians, implementing process improvements, or piloting and scaling services and products - sometimes in partnership with external vendors - that allow our patients to feel comfortable choosing home dialysis and staying on that modality. I also lead our patient retention and public policy efforts for all home dialysis-related issues.
