BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATIONVice president in the eGov Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. I am responsible for leading the Cleveland Reserve Bank’s eGov Internet Channel Services, which is a part of the eGov function that supports the US Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service in revenue collections. In addition, he has responsibility for managing the US Treasury’s Pay.gov business line, an internet portal for payments to the government.I joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank’s check processing department in 1987. I became a computer programmer in 1993, and subsequently held a variety of information technology positions in several departments, including Information Technology Services, Supervision and Regulation, and eGov. Most recently, I served as assistant vice president, Application Development, for eGov’s Internet Channel, where he led a team that designs and develops applications for the Treasury’s Pay.gov system. I was appointed to my current position in 2015.Mr. McFadden holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a concentration in marketing, from Cleveland State University.
