Oversee all operations of the collection department. Phone calls and text messages are made along with delinquency letters mailed. Make decisions regarding charge off accounts, filing suit in local court if necessary, file wage and or bank garnishments along with property liens. Manage all receivables on charge off accounts, properly post them to appropriate ledgers. Manage entire dormant account portfolio. Notify members of dormancy status. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to COO and the board of directors of varies loan/delinquency statistics, charge off and recoveries.
