Overall responsibility for operation and development of the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, including negotiating and implementing all arrangements for the following key events:o FIM World Championship Motorcycle Grand Prix (85,000 patrons);o FIM Superbike World Championship (50,000 patrons); ando V8 Supercars (40,000 patrons).

Managing all property-related matters of Linfox, including:• Leasing and subleasing• Acquisitions and divestment of properties• Rent reviews and rent negotiations• Management of approximately $40 million of annual rental payments• Finding opportunities to improve the utilisation of Linfox’s property interests and disposal of excess properties

Managing the legal affairs of the Corporation, including:• Drafting and negotiating all legal documents and agreements (including sponsorship, supplier, licensing, corporate hospitality, broadcasting, ticketing and tender documents).• Management and enforcement of intellectual property portfolio.• Ensuring Corporation compliance with laws and regulations.• Liaison with the Victorian Government, Federation Internationale de l’Automobile, Federation Internationale de Motorcyclisme and associated entities• Advising on the legal risks and consequences of various activities and transactions of the Corporation• Managing the Corporation’s insurance regime

Managing all facets of the business and staging of two major music festivals (The Falls Festival – New Year’s Eve, Lorne; The Offshore Festival – Easter, Torquay), including:• Strategic business planning• Preparation of event management plans• Design and implementation of national promotional campaigns• Talent procurement and performance contract drafting and negotiation• Website design and content management• Supplier procurement and contract management• Sponsorship procurement• Staff procurement and management• Media liaison and publicity• Risk analysis and management including procurement of all event and business insurances• Procurement and management of emergency services providers• Planning permit and liquor licence procurement• Financial management• Managing the legal affairs of the events and the business
