I have a solid track record of leading the delivery of digital transformation programmes and projects against tight timescales and with diverse resources in small and large teams. I have led agile, waterfall and hybrid projects for clients in the public, regulated and private sectors. I bring strong, in-depth technical knowledge combined with extensive delivery management and commercial experience. I am adept in quickly understanding client's business objectives and challenges and how change can move the enterprise forward whilst minimising cost and risk across the supply chain.
