Chief Operating Officer of Fischer Homes, a privately-held top 30 U.S. builder. Previously served as the Fischer Homes President and COO as well as Regional President for the Indianapolis and Atlanta markets. Managed all aspects of the start up of the Indianapolis division – where Fischer Homes has become the fastest growing home builder, and is now the 5th largest builder. Provided strategy and over site for Fischer Homes' market entry into Atlanta. Prior to joining Fischer Homes, had 16 years of experience in the residential development and home building industry and an additional 5 years of experience in the general contracting of large-scale commercial projects. Served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Southeast Region of Centex Homes. Responsibilities included complete managerial, strategic, and operational oversight for Centex Corporation’s Southeast Region including divisional operations in Naples, Sarasota, Tampa, Lakeland, and Orlando, Florida as well as Nashville, Tennessee. This span of control represented a $1 billion business. Previously served as EVP of the East Central Region, which included Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. Joined Centex in 1991 as Construction Services Manager in the company’s Columbus, Ohio, division. In 1992, was named that division’s Land Acquisition and Development Vice President and served in that capacity until 1994. Transferred to Centex’s New Jersey Division in 1994 as Project Manager. Named Division President for the company’s Indianapolis Division in 1996 before being promoted to Executive Vice President. Received a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Rutgers University.
