Using the SAAS Model to create a connected ecosystem between private and public health and connecting these entities with their patient population. Using modern product strategies to build products that work and deliver data that matters at critical points in care using the Immslink Messaging Service to connect providers to Public Health data across 64 jurisdictions. Collaborating with Public Health Officials to increase interoperability across the industry and increase positive patient outcomes and reach goals of a fully immunized population to protect Citizens from potential disease outbreaks. Along with Public Health creating a mobile application to allow patients to access their Immunization records and provide certified immunization records recognized at any entity that patient may need. MyIR Mobile also provides access to the patients forecasted needs and keeps them informed of upcoming immunization needs to empower patients to make the right decisions on their health. As STC Health is a leader in the immunization industry we are currently modernizing systems and implementing AI models into our new systems to help with decision making and ensure patient records across our 5 million patients and 36,000 pharmacies have any tools and processes they may need to increase patient outcomes.

• Led development of IA Assistant product using the scrum framework participating in biweekly sprints, releasing after the following sprint. Creation of MVP with obtainable deadlines determined off the team’s velocity. • Working with both internal organizations and external customers to identify value adding Epics/Features and creating, prioritizing, and managing product backlog consisting of hundreds of bugs, features, and automations. • Administration of meaningful backlog items utilizing user stories to provide developers with adequate detail to effectively integrate items. • Creation of product training and communication documentation and resources using several forms of media including video, infographics, slide decks, training modules, and white papers.• Working as the project manager for a contract with the United States Army in the value of $3 million, ensuring proper installation and testing of equipment and facilities under construction across the continental United States. • Facilitating rebranding effort of business from NCI inc. to Empower AI, working with ten functional groups to ensure smooth transition and proper communication to customers. Meeting deadline of 60 days for full transition and all work items completed across all groups. • Communication with several vendors and internal marketing and communications teams to recreate and brand business website to ensure proper alignment with AI sector and a competitive but factual stance on the businesses current stance.
