Work in the engineering and surveying fields since before graduating high school in 1978. I have taken collage classes at the University of Kentucky of various mining design, and related criteria but no degree. 40 plus years experience in coal mining both underground and surface contour, surveying, drafting mine design and layout from conception to completion, Auto Cadd since its inception, REAME and SWASE stability analysis, SEDCAD sediment retention pond design, culvert sizing and location design, water management design of all types, MS Word, DOS, and Windows Road design both public and privet, sewer design, preparation plant and belt line designs and layout. Work extensively with Federal and State agencies in Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and Alabama project relations with the public. Proficient with excel not exceptional, Office and project and site manager 20+ years, delegation of duties, project design and planning and administration. Mine waste disposal, refuse fills, planning and design, environmental planning and control, drainage control planning, sediment generation design planning, control and disposal, site reclamation planning and control implementation. Familiarity with numerous computer programs.
