Daily Job Responsibilities include and are not limited too-Assisting customers complete Installation projects with specific Flooring Products by determining the best product selection for the customers intended use of the product.-Following up with customers on estimated dates of completion as well as following up with customers to inform them on estimated product arrivals.-Reaching out to Installers to complete projects for customers, ensuring products and labor have been accounted for. General follow up with Installers to ensure installation runs smoothly.-General department maintenance as far cleaning the department, general repairs, and assuring products in correct locations for ease of purchase for customers.
