CM-SS13 is the largest Space Station 13 server on the byond platform with an active average server population of < 100 players, which at peak can reach up to 300 concurrent players.Responsibilities have included:- Managing the day to day administrative tasks required to support a developer and moderation team of over 50 people.- Acting as the public face of the community when communicating with other servers, the public and the expansive player base, including the hosting of public townhalls with several hundred players in attendance- Overseen Intellectual Property legal matters with regards to game content and the 'Alien' IP.- Coordinated the games devlopment efforts and long-term roadmap- Managed a US-based game server and attached sys-admin team to maximise game performance and minimise downtime

- Assisted the Defence, Services Australia and Home Affairs strategic accounts in a range of communications and administrative functions- Worked with the Optus Centre Canberra branch team to prepare a wide range of presentations and internal engagement events including the Branch Quarterly Update.- Contributed documentation and worked on the broader Government Relations plan for the Team Aus-Sat submission for JP9102- Edited and Copywrote for a number of other Optus Bids and Documentation.

Acted as both a Broadcast Engineer on location providing live streaming coverage for a wide range of contracted events, and as an off-site Logistical Operations Officer supporting broadcast efforts.Responsibilities have included:- Provided technical and logistical support in the running of live-streamed events- Designed and operated graphic solutions to meet clients needs- Organising broadcast logistics and operationsAs a co-founder I was also intimately involved in the day to day running of business. Part of this role involved liasing with clients and negotiating broadcast contracts, as well as aiding in the day to day operations of the business including hiring and firing, public relations and other administrative tasks

During the 2019-2020 ABL Season- Worked as a key member of the Cavalry.live broadcast team producing live baseball content for NITV and Fox Sports.- Designed, Generated and Operated on-air graphics for live baseball coverage.- Generated Baseball statistics during home game for commentators and graphics.

Poniverse is the largest MLP fan network with thousands of members spanning 6 sites.After extensive work a a volunteer in the content moderation team, I joined the poniverse HR department helping manage a team of over a 100 volunteers and paid staff across the network. My responsibilities included-Recruitment through all aspects of the interviewing and onboarding process- Disciplinary actions and offboarding of staff- Mediating staff disputes across the network- Acting as a liasion between volunteers, staff and the management team.In addition to these responsibilities I was the 2017 Convention liasion, working with some of the largest MLP fan conventions to provide forum infrastructure and jointly promote the respective events.
