As Head of Product and Pre-Sale I am responsible for overall group product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Implement effective marketing plan for product range.
• Analysis of value and contribution of product lines to ensure product portfolio is delivering maximum value,whilst continuously improving that range to accommodate new technology, market changes and competitive pressure.
• Investigation, recommendation and launching of new products. Involving market research, stakeholder consultation, project analysis to EBIT level, and end to end project management.
• Product P&L reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation of value chain blueprints and provide analysis and recommendations to drive improvement in customer outcomes, profitability and/or utilization of resource.
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting on product performance, profitability and competitiveness, monthly cost and revenue forecasts etc to support decision making.Achievements:

• RFI, RFP and tender responses.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients and employ astute reasoning to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, consultation, product education and collateral to support bid management as required.
• Design, documentation and presentation of solutions to both technical and non technical audiences within client organizations.
• Provide customer advocacy as necessary for all port-sale/Implementation issues until resolved.

• Management of five 1st and 2nd level provisioning staff and three service delivery technicians.
• Planning and project management for complex solution roll outs, including service orders, liaison with clients, wholesale provisioning and 3rd party contractors.
• Documentation of provisioning process flows and suggesting improvements.
• Monthly team performance reports for management.Achievements:
• Reduction in average time to deliver 1st level provisioning tasks from 3.2 working days to 2.4. 2 nd level complex provisioning from 14.3 working days to 9.8 working days.
• Analysis of provisioning process flows resulting in process redesign and training resulting in reductions listed above whilst improving customer satisfaction rates.

• Provide telephony and email support to clients for 2nd level technical network and application support enquiries.
• Diagnosis and fault resolution for 2nd level network and application technical faults.
• Liaison with contractors and wholesale support services as required for support customer fault resolution.
