Oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering groups. Facilitate coordination between these groups and ensure that engineering deliverables are completed to keep project schedules on track. Act as liaison between Sales and Engineering, as well as between Engineering and Production.

At AVS, my responsibilities include designing and engineering large capital equipment for international manufacturing corporations. I work with the sales team to develop concepts, which in turn are used for quoting, drafting contracts, and creating demonstrations for the end users. After a contract is awarded, I then finalize the design, generate manufacturing drawings / bills of materials, and oversee the fabrication and construction of the custom equipment. After the equipment is shipped and installed at the end user's facility, I assist in the testing and commissioning of the systems until contract signed-off.
