• Kick started training section from scratch in Desert camp with very basic infrastructure through delivery of early HSE and English Language training.• Developed the 2012-16 Training Master Plan as part of EIBV commitments under the Technical Service Agreement Seconded. Presented plan to management and JMC and gained approval for its implementation. Plan covers the training of ~500 Iraqi nationals to operate and run the new build and existing facilities with a budget of 96 Million $ over the 5 year period.• Designed and project managed construction and commissioning of three phases of a Training centre in the LSC Camp . This comprises 21 classrooms and offices, canteens etc for a capacity of 350 trainees.• Managed the delivery of over 380,000 Manhours of training, less than 15% of which was overseas. This in the extremely challenging environment of Southern Iraq. • Developed an Employment and Development plan to Identify manpower gaps between current and future ZFOD organisation and then define the Iraqization strategy to close these manpower gaps through the Recruitment and training of new SOC assignees to ZFOD for entry level positions and the Development of existing staff for more senior positions and Expats replacement. Presented plan to management and JMC and obtained approval.

Courses ran in Arabic and English and were approved by the British Safety Council. • Designed and set up Offshore Survival and HSE training facility in Azerbaijan and led it to become the first OPITO approved centre for BOSIET training in the Caspian. Developed a full range of HSE and Management training courses for the Caspian littoral states. Won exclusive 2-year training contract with AIOC for all their HSE training.• Secured contract with PDO Oman to run their new graduate technical induction program.
