Founded and grew a group fitness/coaching gym (focused on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes). This was a rapidly changing role as we grew year over year. Beginning with coaching, sales, marketing, and customer service. Then transitioning into more managerial and operations roles, and eventually leadership, overall company direction and vision. Before successfully exiting the company we were managing a team of 31 talented people, and had grown revenue from zero to well exceeding seven figures.

Responsible for overall performance, operations, and patient experience at our Weight Loss & Performance Center.

Work with indivuals and small groups. Helping with weight loss through proper nutrition, exercise, and breaking through emotional/mental barriers. Coach runners and cyclist. Provide community education through various seminars.

Work with individuals and small groups on specific results based programs. Provide fitness consultations. Educate and provide opportunities for other staff to excel in their career.

Took action to make sure our facility ran properly and that customer service more than excedded all expectations. Managed the duties of all staff and made sure our aquatics, fitness, and other facilities ran properly while working.

Provided one on one fitness and weight loss programs for clients.
