Managed the system for several years, with deployment points located at a few offices around the world. Was involved with several large projects, such as office moves and closures, data center migrations, etc. Worked as the IT administrator for the company's asset management system.Collaborated with many programmers and other colleagues to resolve Oracle client connection issues over the years. I was the “go to” person for these types of problems.

Operated several of the Siemens high-speed laser and impact printers that were part of Polk’s publishing business. This was often a 24/7 operation, based on workload. Collaborated with StorageTek technicians to help fix the hardware when it was broken.Assisted as a quality control analyst when needed to make sure printed output was within specs. Worked with other techs to ensure high-quality output and offer troubleshooting advice. Also worked in the warehouse area to provide coverage for personnel when necessary.Worked in the mainframe data center side when our printing side of the operations was not busy. This involved monitoring mainframe job workflow, mounting data cartridges, monitoring and troubleshooting robotic StorageTek tape silos, etc.
