BA with responsibility for the requirements and design for all developments to MORE TH>N's marketing database (MDB). This year I've been working on the PL Programme to specify the design of new interfaces between MDB and AIS, the strategic system for MORE TH>N's motor and RSA's EChoice products. I've also delivered requirements, design and UAT of interfaces from the Responsys email marketing solution to the MDB. This has benefitted RSA by allowing MI and analysis of email marketing campaigns to be brought in-house. This year I have also delivered a new solution to interface Experian's Absolute Movers file (validated goneaway suppressions) to the MDB. RSA is now compliant with Intermediate Level Sustainable Mail requirements and analysis has shown that direct mailing volumes have decreased by 10%, resulting in cost savings of £300-500K pa and more effective and better targeted marketing.

Core Systems Deputy Team Lead with responsibility for management of all Business Governed work (<250 mandays) - in total 50-80 separate work requests for a team of 8 resources onshore and 8 offshore. The team supported 23 applications, largely mainframe based legacy applications.

Business analyst and System owner (Subject Matter Expert) with responsibility for all application Development and Maintenance of MORE TH>N's customer marketing database and DBMII application hosted on iSeries midrange server.

System owner (Subject Matter Expert) with responsibility for ADM of MORE TH>N’s customer MDB and DBMII application hosted on iSeries (AS400) midrange server. Development work involved estimation, requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, installation coordination and post-production checks.

Responsibility for the recruitment, personal development and performance reviews of the Development team (maximum of 3 direct reports) split across Horsham and Liverpool sites.

Responsible for the Development and Maintenance of MORE TH>N's MDB. Developed the complex interfaces between new Single View architecture and MDB, for which I received a recognition award.

Responsibility for the design, build and automation of campaign selections from the MDB.
