District Marketing Leader, Climate Solutions sector of a $14 billion international business (Ingersoll Rand) that provides commercial HVAC equipment, automation control systems and environmental solutions. Developed and managed the Trane Chicago / Central Illinois marketing program, in conjunction with Trane’s strategic direction and global focus. Implemented local commercialization plans. Emphasized business growth through a variety of strategies including integrated campaigns, digital, social media engagement, website development and content management, customer training, media relations, trade shows, events and more. Responsibilities included promoting, planning and executing customer feedback, and gathering voice of customer. Leading customer satisfaction strategy for the district in order to assure the highest levels of satisfaction were achieved. Included focus groups, survey management, relationship building activities, metrics, use of CRM, dashboards, etc.. Field marketing adviser on corporate commercialization teams for new product development. Creation and management of local marketing collateral, vertical market initiatives, customer engagement and national account strategy. Additional activities include: Leading Community Relations efforts, associate engagement, as well as awareness campaigns for safety, environmental, and culture committees. Managed the West Michigan District Marketing from March 2011-December 2016.
