A management role involving overseeing European audit teams and managing end-to-end audit plans across a number of European subsidiary and branch entities (includes finance, capital, liquidity, risk disciplines, HR, AML / conduct, ops and strategy). Focus on regulatory requirement and risk-based auditing; also delivering audit plan to budget, on-boarding / developing / motivating teams from across a diverse region and continually feeding into best practice across the department as a whole.

A diverse role including coverage of numerous aspects of Risk Capital, notably ICAAP, capital planning, economic capital, RWA model validation and implementation and stress testing. Knowledge of Basel / CRDs and quantification of regulatory requirement / capital, including specific knowledge on advanced approaches and quantification of P2A / B. Experienced project and personnel manager with a strong track record in performance and delivery.
