Member of DLA Piper's global tax practice. Advising multinationals, financial institutions and private equity funds on Dutch and international tax aspects relating to international tax planning opportunities, M&A, corporate restructurings and state aid.Assisting clients in managing tax-related projects and transactions as well as obtaining Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) / Advance Tax Rulings (ATR) for them.

Seconded to DLA Piper's US tax and corporate reorganization team in New York. Advising US multinational enterprises on Dutch corporate tax and EU tax and international tax related matters as well as on transfer pricing topics.

Member of the International Tax Practice. Advising global clients on Dutch corporate tax and international tax related matters as well as on transfer pricing topics.

I've written my master thesis in the area of international tax law. The subject of my thesis was the Discussion Draft of the OECD Working Party 1 regarding the term "Beneficial Ownership in Tax Treaties". My thesis is graded with an 8.5.
