SVC initially formed (April 1999) to provide a strategic opportunity for International based Software Vendors to develop a Sales and Marketing presence in the local region as a prelude to opening an office. In most cases this required the carrying of multiple titles and business cards. Whilst this was initially successful (Authentica and Marin Research), it became quite evident that further infrastructure support would be required to effectively seed the market for these vendors. The Security industry was maturing and many SI’/VAR’s were still in the process of ramping up their Security ‘offerings’. Company was acquired by eSec in December of 2002
