Oversaw training and motivation for teams of up to 15 sales reps assigned to multiple therapeutic categories, including dyslipidemia, hypertension, infectious disease, gastroenterology, urology, allergy / immunology, ENT and hypothyroidism, targeting primary-care physicians and specialists.
