Advocates for policies that promote equity, inclusivity, and transparency in the tech industry and beyond.- Reporting and Evaluation: Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of our labor programs and initiatives. Regularly reports progress to the senior leadership team.

Coworker Solidarity Fund (CSF) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that helps groups of workers raise and distribute money, form effective workplace committees, and experiment with mutual aid and organized advocacy to make changes inside their companies and industries. CSF was a winner of Fast Company’s 2022 World Changing Ideas Awards. I assisted the leadership of Starbucks workers co-leading the Fund's governance and supported their work providing mutual aid to workers leading workplace change initiatives.• Building on expertise supporting Starbucks partners organizing for change for close to a decade, launched a Starbucks Workers Fund that distributed over $600,000 to more than 240 people involved in workplace activism in its first year.• Supported and facilitated the leadership of a worker committee of current and former baristas that co-lead the Fund's governance.• Conducted Fund applicant interviews and designed a training process for workers to interview applicants as well; Assisted an impact study of Fund recipients; supported organizational communications and fundraising.

As a leading member of the founding team, I built the organization’s approach to supporting working peoples’ power-building strategies and won meaningful change. I served as the organization’s foremost expert on identifying workplace trends and provided early support for emerging organizing, creating critical infrastructure for a revived labor movement. I managed the organization’s campaigns team and my work inspired the formation of new departments that grew to a staff of thirteen.*Developed the leadership of workers—mostly people new to organizing—and designed strategies that included online & offline action to win change, from raises to better benefits to health & safety protections, and more.*Built independent, cross-industry worker networks mobilizing hundreds of thousands of people. Grew the organization’s base, largely from scratch, and successfully executed engagement strategies that connected more than one million people with resources to improve workplaces.*Created partnerships with organizations, journalists, academics & policymakers and facilitated diverse coalitions. Trained partners in best practices for digital organizing, including assisting new organizations to identify leaders and create their own memberships.*Managed the organization’s digital infrastructure including its petition platform, email list, social media, and digital marketing.*Led media relations and designed and executed strategic communications initiatives including building and maintaining relationships with reporters; crafting media training for workers & organizations; and garnering consistent top-tier media coverage.*Conducted research projects related to public policy and workplace trends using interviews, surveys and data collection that helped establish Coworker as a thought leader. Co-produced a White House Summit on Worker Voice during the Obama Administration.*Served in a cross-team advisory capacity to support learning and increase impact and helped secure funding.
