As the Principal of Bath Academy, a boarding school that offers an international education for students aiming for top universities in the UK and the USA, I lead a team of dedicated and qualified staff who share my vision of providing personalised learning programmes and organisational cultures that empower young people, their parents, and teachers to achieve their goals and contribute to society. With over 20 years of experience in education, I have developed and implemented innovative and effective strategies to enhance student performance, retention, and satisfaction, as well as to foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion among all stakeholders.My background in counselling psychology and business, combined with my credentials in educational leadership and management, rational emotive behaviour therapy, and hypno-psychotherapy, enables me to apply a holistic and evidence-based approach to addressing the academic, emotional, and social needs of students and staff. I am passionate about helping students and staff to develop their self-awareness, resilience, and creativity, and to overcome any barriers or challenges that may hinder their personal and professional growth. I also leverage my skills and knowledge to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with external partners, such as CIFE, where I served as the Chairman and Vice Chairman for four years, and to promote the reputation and quality of Bath Academy in the education sector.
