- Elaboaration and implementation principles and aspects of quality management system (system compliance, document compliance, process/utilities/facility validation and qualification, operation planning and review, self-inspection and audit plans etc.).- Evaluation of new packaging materials along with designing and development of packaging materials. - Improvement of existing formulations, its process in terms of quality of cost on basis of scientific investigation. - Approve specifications of starting materials, semi-finished products/bulk products and finished products. - Impart training and assess the workers and supervisors along with Heads of departments. - Monitor compliance to cGMPs. - Preparation and evaluation of annual product review reports, performing annual reviews of all products to ensure that quality standards are appropriate are being met. - Preparation and conducting self-inspection program schedule for all departments. - Ensuring the compliance of IPQA functions, SOPs, Batch manufacturing and packaging records.
