• Designed and project managed over 60 holiday park construction developments, liaising with clients, contractors, architects, local authorities and local residents.• Designed and project managed total park redevelopment on the Isle of Wight (120 lodges and £20m+ budget), including all civil engineering design of groundworks, road infrastructure and drainage. The client specified a “best in class” design which I achieved despite the challenge of steep slopes, numerous protected species, drainage difficulties, ensuring lodges have sea views whilst retaining and protecting the many trees on site. Demonstrated my ability to work to tight deadlines and using my own initiative.• Civil design and construction management of 2 new lakes in Northumbria and extension of an existing lake in Cumbria, overcoming groundwater challenges, difficult ground conditions and meeting regulatory requirements including Environment Agency and Local Planning Authority.• Managed lodge logistical delivery and siting programmes, liaising with statutory bodies including police, council highways, ferries and local resident’s groups to enable successful positioning of all lodges to a tight timescale and no adverse disruption to residents.
