As co-founder of Bay & Associates, Inc., Tim has worked with some of Central Texas’ leading developers and architects. He has a diverse background in MEP engineering, with more than 36 years’ experience at Houston- and Austin-based consulting engineering firms - which includes almost 20 years with Bay & Associates. As principal and client manager, Tim has led his design team to recent project achievements that include the 1.2 million sf, seven-building corporate campus at Riata Vista; the Texas Mutual Insurance headquarters building at Austin Mueller; H-E-B’s East Austin tech hub, "H-E-B Favor" (which won the Austin Business Journal’s “Coolest Offices In Austin” award); the Edison and Richardson multi-family apartment projects; and a wide array of creative office tenant interiors solutions.
