Managing complete seismic projects from start to finish in the most hostile environments in the world. (Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, South Sudan)Meeting or exceeding the production targets, while maintaining high standards of HSQE with in the project.Managing the supply chain for multiple project with in the organization. From 2006-2011 working as project Manager and various crews. I was responsible for all aspects of a 200-300 man seismic crew, including pre budgets and operational budget management. Working with and motivating the crew to hit or surpass the production targets set and agreed with from Head office. As well as being responsible for ensuring the HSQE standard was met or exceeded .From early 2011 to Current I have been Logistics and Commercial Manager in Head Office in Dubai. Organizing the Movement of the most difficult to move commodity (explosives and detonators) into the most difficult customs areas (Iraq). As well as moving equipment for the other crews operating in Iraq and Afghanistan and Nigeria at the time.

Created this company with a group out of the USA to bring their environmental technology into the Canadian market. The funding side of the business was under funded and did not have enough to sustain the operations while proving the technology on the Canadian side. Although we had numerous projects with the reclamation side, the company did not sustain itself through the first two years and was closed.

Responsible for managing all field operation with in the Environmental arm of the company. Supervising multiple reclamation and remediation companies operating at the same time. Ensuring the client receive quality workmanship and satisfactory results each and every time. Responsible for scheduling the heavy equipment, and other products on site at right time.
