At Riot Games, we're preparing to be a multi-product studio. Being the Game Support Lead for NA I get the privilege and challenge of focusing on improving the contact experience for not only League of Legends, but Riot's future games by:- Creating the purpose and vision for our team to light our path.- Developing strategies and tactics that help us move towards completing our goals and prioritizing them on our roadmap.- Leveraging the strengths of my team to make our goals a reality.- Coaching and mentoring my team members to their full potential.- Building relationships with teams across Riot.By focusing on these areas we've begun great process on moving the needle to better the player experience. Now we'll continue the momentum we've begun to propel us into our long awaited multi-product future.

As our Player Support operation grew in Seattle, our operational leadership presence needed to grow with it. I was tasked with managing the Senior Agent Support team with a focus on driving site performance through:- Coaching and mentoring our up and coming leaders- Strengthening our operational muscles by building out work systems and frameworks- Collaborating with Riot teams in LAX to drive process improvements and quality of life changes for our agents.As a result, our operation continued to grow, both in numbers and in capabilities that helped pave the way for future growth thereafter.

Provided support for players of League of Legends through the Zendesk ticket platform. During the last 6 months working at VMC I began to lead a team of agents on the campaign before moving into the role permanently as a Riot FTE.

Wrote, recorded, and mixed original music for various projects including: The International 2 Dota 2 Tournament, movie trailer for "Free To Play" documentary, and Steam Big Picture Trailer, among others. I also organized one of the pieces to be performed and recorded by The Northwest Sinfonia Orchestra.
