Agriculture has always been in my blood having been raised on a vegetable property in the Lockyer Valley. In my career there has been numerous new technologies we have had to learn and adapt. We are now moving into the sustainability approach in working with nature rather than against it. My goal is to drive the Ag-Plus business into this new sustainability approach whilst the key being productivity and viability for all of us being successful.
