Responsible for the Group Finance function. Leading a team of finance professionals in delivering strategy, planning, resourcing and reporting on all business matters. Working closely with key clients on services delivery and improvement.

Responsible for review and implementation of systems and controls in a multi-site retail environment. Gained experience in the Energy sector, developing acumen in the ultra-fast moving retail environments involved. Provided all aspects of leadership from recruitment to training and development.

My journey began in Let's Talk Phones in 1995 which along with a number of independent mobile retailers was first acquired and then integrated into eircell in 1998. Centrally involved in the overall integration project for all parties. eircell was subsequently acquired by Vodafone in 2001. Went on to lead the Finance function for Vodafone Ireland Retail Ltd.
