Senior 2nd Line implementation engineer providing moves, adds and changes as well as new infrastructure installations (fibre/cat6 patching through structured cabling) on a diverse range of systems including desktop PCs and peripherals, laptops, video-conferencing and portable devices. 2nd line break fix engineer as requested using TSRM for 4000+ users on a number of sites resolving hardware, network and software incidents.
