Currently I am principal of TOPerformance. TOPerformance is a performance development company focused on teamwork and leadership through the use of human performance and organizational development methodologies. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify improvement areas in their organization, team, or individually as a coach. Once the improvement area is identified, I develop and implement interventions, which aid in improving the performance of the organization, team, or individual. This experience is providing me with an opportunity to apply many of the human performance and organizational development techniques directly to a business setting. In addition, I provide Gallup Strengths development to both educational institutions and business firms and Builders Profile 10 (BP 10) coaching to entrepreneurs .I was also Director of Performance and Learning for The Stalwart Group. My responsibilities were to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our clients. During my tenure at Stalwart, I delivered Project Management workshops for both Williams and WorldCom. I developed and delivered a leadership workshop for The SABRE Group and a supervisory program for United Video. In addition, I designed and delivered a team development program for numerous clients.

Retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force after twenty-five years of active service. Traveled extensively as a management consultant to Air Force bases worldwide. Was responsible for the improvement of Air Force logistics policies, procedures, methods, and information systems impacting the management of 800,000 different spare parts valued at over $13 billion. In addition, developed computer-based training systems and expert systems for over 350 base-level logistics units impacting over a half million logisticians. Over twenty years in logistics management, information systems, budgeting, and human resource management. Managed a base supply account consisting of $250 million in supplies, equipment, and fuel. Supervised over 60 people in six functional areas. Controlled a $100 million equipment and supply account for a Strategic Missile Wing.
