Lead 6 associates in Customer QA whose main responsibility was responding to customer returns, warranty returns, and internal quality problems. These activities included investigation, reporting, and often direct communication with various OEM customers.

Supervision of 2 associates, responsible for new product launches and mass production quality (both 0 mileage and warranty returns) for OEM customers. Responsibility also included leading CFT for in-house quality problems and resolution.
