Wide range of experience in cartooning and humorous illustration. I've done comic strips, editorial cartoons, greeting cards, caricatures, speciality cartoon projects, pen and ink dog portraits and buildings, and humorous illustrations for magazines. My gag cartoons have been published in such magazines as The Saturday Evening Post, Woman's World, Highlights, Boy's Life, Ebony, The American Legion Magazine, and many educational and church magazines. My humorous illustrations have been published in such magazines as FACES, Cobblestone, Nashville Magazine, Tennessee Magazine, and many advertising agencies. Since 1987 I've been an artist in residence through the state's arts commissions working in schools as a "teaching artist" all throughout the states of TN, KY, OH, IN, MS, GA, AL, VA, and SC. Have been a member of the National Cartoonists Society since 1984.Specialties: What I do most of in published work are gag cartoons for magazines or gag-type related humor for any need that any client may have.
