I created EXECUTIONAL back in December 2007 after I saw a need to provide a promotional partner to brands and agencies with a long-term focus rather than a single campaign basis. My working mentality is strongly focussed on the customer experience. Be that a simple campaign staffing requirement or an integrated campaign roadshow. Our aim is to be build relationships with customers that last, and that is why we still work with customers from 2008 and hopefully for the future. I started at this agency following promotional work and event manager roles in the field. From here I worked cross departments including:Logistical planning & implementation.Experiential event staffing & training.Campaign planning, quotations and management.Experiential campaign reportingMy passion for experiential and attention to detail quickly progressed my career through staffing, into operations and then running a new business team.

During this period I worked with various brands and agencies across the UK as an event manager and brand ambassador. My roles included leafleting, product sampling, roadshows and event management. These early years gave me the passion to work in the promotions and experiential sector and moulded my career. These years changed my focus on practicing law into working in the ever changing experiential sector.
